Our Dividend policy aims for shareholder returns of 50 % of the company’s adjusted net profit (both in cash and in distribution in kind as share buy-back programmes of treasury shares). The Board of Directors considers applicable legal restrictions, capital expenditure requirements, financial conditions, general business conditions and contractual obligations when assessing the company’s ability to pay dividends.
