We are pleased to announce that the sale of Debt Collection Agency EAD (“DCA”) has been closed today. This is in accordance with what has previously been communicated. As of today, the full ownership of DCA is transferred to a Special Purpose Vehicle controlled by Mr. Zdravko Ivanov. With the sale of DCA, the total number of employees in the Group will be reduced by 164, and the total number of employees after the sale of DCA will be around 1,700.
