Ilija Plavcic, Regional Director Central Europe in B2Holding ASA, has exercised his share options to purchase 1,000,000 shares in the Company at a subscription price per share of NOK 10.55, adjusted for dividends paid in June 2017 and 2018, total subscription amount NOK 10,550,000. As a result of the exercise of share options, the Company's Board of Directors will, pursuant to an authorisation granted by the general meeting on 25 May 2018, resolve to increase the Company's share capital by NOK 100,000 by issuing 1,000,000 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10. Following completion of the transaction, the Company's share capital will be NOK 40,903,259.80, divided into 409,032,598 shares. Upon receipt of the shares, Ilija Plavcic will hold in total 2,410,500 shares in B2Holding ASA.
