J. Harald Henriksen, CFO since January 2015, will take up the new position as Chief Compliance Officer in B2Holding ASA with effect from 16 January 2017. He will be responsible for building up the B2Holding Group's Corporate Compliance function. Erik Just Johnsen, Chief Group Controller since April 2013, will also with effect from the same date take up the position as CFO in B2Holding ASA with responsibilities to include combining the reporting, controlling and funding activities. Both positions will report to the CEO, Olav Dalen Zahl.
