Reference is made to the summons for bondholders' meetings dated 6 May 2019 regarding certain amendments in B2Holding ASA's ("B2Holding" or the "Company") outstanding senior unsecured bonds B2H01 (ISIN NO0010753072) and B2H02 (ISIN NO0010775166). The bondholders' meetings were held today and there were sufficient bondholders present in each of the bondholders' meetings to form a quorum. The proposed resolutions were approved with 100% of the votes cast at the bondholders' meeting for B2H01 and 100% of the votes cast at the bondholders' meeting for B2H02.
