Maria Haddad (52), is employed as new Regional Director for Western Europe. Maria is based in Madrid and her region includes Spain, Portugal, France and Italy. Maria succeeds Rasmus Hansson who has been interim Regional Director Western Europe. Rasmus will continue in his role as Director M&A, and will also be responsible for Investor Relations going forward. Maria has a degree in Law from Universidad Complutense and an MSC in Tax Law from Institute de Empresa in Madrid. Maria has more than 20 years experience in the NPL market. Previous positions include Country Manager for Aktiv Kapital in Spain with responsibility for portfolios in France, Italy and Portugal, Country Manager for Arvato Financial Solutions in Spain and Board Member and General Secretary at the National Collection Association in Spain. In connection with the appointment of Maria as Regional Director Western Europe, the B2Holding Group has acquired 100% of the shares in her fully owned company Acreditia Servicios Auxiliares, S.L. Acreditia is a 3rd party collection company established in 2016. Going forward, Acreditia will be part of Verifica which is the current operation of the B2Holding Group in Spain and Portugal, led by Ignacio Arribas.
