Adam Parfiniewicz (48), Regional Director for Poland, has been appointed new Regional Director for Finland & Baltics and he will thus be responsible for both regions. Adam succeeds Kari Ahlström who has decided to retire and will assume the position from 1 July 2019. Adam joined the B2Holding Group in 2016 as CEO of Ultimo S.A. and Regional Director of Poland. He has previously held various management positions in Polish retail banks, including PBK, Credit Agricole and BNP Paribas. He has also served as CEO in PolCard (card processor) and Expander (mortgage and investments broker). Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Warsaw. Going forward, Finland & Baltics and Poland will remain two regions but lead by the same manager. Finland & Baltics will continue to report as a part of Northern Europe in financial statements. “Kari has been a key person in building B2Holding and we thank him for his valuable contribution to the Group.
