Trond Kristian Andreassen, member of the Board of Directors of B2Holding ASA, has on 26 August 2022 acquired 45,000 shares in B2Holding ASA through his related party Vimar AS at an average price of NOK 8.96.
Following the transaction, Trond Kristian Andreassen and related party hold 300,000 shares in the Company.
