On 9 January 2017 Olav Dalen Zahl, Chief Executive Officer, has acquired 33.670 shares in B2Holding ASA through his related party Fjordsyn AS at an average price of NOK 14.85 per share. After this transaction, Olav Dalen Zahl and related parties hold 2,329,786 shares in B2Holding ASA. The acquisition of 33.670 shares is in accordance with bonus agreement entered into in 2013 between B2Holding ASA and the CEO.
