Valset Invest AS, a company controlled by Jon Harald Nordbrekken, Chairman of B2Holding ASA, has on August 30, 2019 bought 1.000.000 shares in B2Holding ASA ("B2H") at an average price of 6.9592.
Valset Invest AS has also sold 1.000.000 shares at 6.9592, and then entered into a forward contract for underlying 1.000.000 shares in B2H, with expiration February 28, 2020. The forward price is NOK 7.10.
Following the transactions, Jon H. Nordbrekken and related party Valset Invest AS, hold unchanged 27.200.000 shares in B2H, equaling approximately 6,64% of the shares and votes in the company. In addition,Valset Invest AS holds forward contracts with underlying exposure to an aggregate of 1.000.000 shares in B2H.
