B2 KAPITAL d.o.o., the Slovenian subsidiary of B2Holding ASA, is a party in a non-performing retail loan transaction with UniCredit Bank Slovenia. Even though this transaction would normally be below the threshold for announcement, B2Holding is disclosing this transaction in order to be fully transparent. This transaction further strengthens B2Holding's position as the leading player in the SEE region. The portfolio includes unsecured and secured non-performing loans granted to private individuals and corporate customers.
