Reference is made to the stock exchange release by B2Holding ASA at 08:00 on 16 January 2019 disclosing that B2Holding has agreed to acquire a non-performing secured corporate loan portfolio from Heta Asset Resolution in Croatia in a 50/50 co-investment structure with DDM. B2Holding has obtained the Croatian regulatory approval and the first closing step of the transaction was completed on 30 April 2019 accordingly. The second and final closing step will be completed within 2Q’2019. The portfolio has a face value of approximately EUR 800 million. “The co-investment structure positions B2Holding for further growth and development in the Central European region, while simultaneously broadening the asset base and increasing revenues from third party collection business", says Olav Dalen Zahl, CEO of B2Holding ASA.
