On 12 December, B2Holding ASA purchased a total of 78,087 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 8.21 per share.

Following the completion of the above transactions, B2Holding ASA owns a total of 14,184,000 own shares, corresponding to 3.53 % of B2Holding ASA's share capital. Including commission, the threshold for maximum consideration is now reached and the share buy-back programme for 2022 is now completed.
