28 July 2022 the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises registered a share capital reduction through cancellation of 8,767,774 shares repurchased under the 2021 buy-back programme. The share capital after the capital reduction amounts to 401 164 824 shares of NOK 0.10 per share.
Following the completion of the above transactions, B2Holding ASA owns a total of 5,319,740 shares, corresponding to 1.33 % of B2Holding ASA's share capital.
