Reference is made to B2Holding ASA's announcement on 2 November 2017 regarding the successful completion of its EUR 200 million senior unsecured bond issue with maturity in 2022 (the "Bond"). In connection with the preparation of the Oslo Børs listing prospectus for the Bond, which is expected to be published shortly, B2Holding ASA announces that the total acquisition amount for portfolios acquired during 2017 ended at NOK 4,112 million, compared to NOK 2,583 million in 2016, an increase of 59%. NOK 1,951 million relates to portfolios acquired in Q4 2017, compared to NOK 1,054 million in Q4 2016, an increase of 85%. The total portfolio acquisition amount in any accounting period shall pursuant to B2Holding ASA's reporting policy be disclosed as part of B2Holding ASA's annual or interim financial report.
