The annual general meeting of B2Holding ASA (OSE: B2H) will be held on Wednesday, 27 May 2020 at 09:00 am (CEST) in the offices of Advokatfirmaet Thommessen AS in Haakon VIIs gate 10, 0161 Oslo, Norway.
The Notice of Annual General Meeting is attached.
Due to the restrictions caused by Covid-19 and advice from the Norwegian authorities in connection therewith, all shareholders are encouraged to exercise their shareholder rights without physical attendance at the General Meeting.
The Notice is posted electronically or by mail to all shareholders and is available on the company’s website www.b2holding.no.
