The Annual General Meeting will be held as a virtual meeting.
The Board requests shareholders to use the possibility of casting advance votes or voting by proxy or by virtual attendance. Guide for virtual attendance is set out in Appendix to the Notice.
The Notice is posted electronically or by mail to all shareholders and are available on the Company’s website www.b2holding.no.
