The Annual General Meeting of B2Holding ASA (OSE: B2H) will be held on Thursday, 20 May 2021 at 09:00 am (CEST).
The Notice of Annual General Meeting is attached.
Due to the restrictions caused by Covid-19 and advice from the Norwegian authorities in connection therewith, the Annual General Meeting will be held as a virtual meeting.
The Board request shareholders to use the possibility of casting advance votes or voting by proxy or by virtual attendance. Guide for virtual attendance is set out in Appendix 2 to the Notice.
The Notice is posted electronically or by mail to all shareholders and is available on the Company’s website www.b2holding.no.
