B2Holding today announces changes to its organization and management structure intended to underpin the company’s strategy. The changes will increase focus on operational efficiency and delivery on financial targets, in combination with future growth through own investments and co-investment structures. The new structure represents a clear distinction between asset classes, with increased operational focus and control as a result. George Christoforou will take responsibility for the business associated with secured asset classes. Adam Parfiniewicz will take responsibility for the business associated with unsecured asset classes. “As outlined in our Q2 results presentation, we are determined to unlock the value we see in our secured portfolio through increased management focus, additional specialized recovery resources and a structured process to bring in co-investors. The new organizational structure will also facilitate further co-investments within unsecured portfolios.” says Erik J. Johnsen, CEO of B2Holding ASA. As part of the organizational changes, the Group has established a separate role for risk management with Jeremi Bobowski appointed Chief Risk Officer. Johannes Raschke, formerly Group Head of Portfolio Management, is appointed Chief Investment Officer. Cecilie Kjelland, who recently joined B2Holding, will be responsible for compliance as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. In addition, Guro Becker has recently joined B2Holding as HR Director. “The new organizational structure will ensure improved transparency, risk management and compliance throughout the organization and contribute to long-term cost efficiency on a Group level.” says Johnsen. As part of the structured process to bring in co-investors in the secured portfolios, a reputable advisor has been retained, with particular focus on Central and South East Europe.
