At close of business on 18 May 2021, the CEO of B2Holding ASA, Erik Johnsen, has received power of attorneys to represent and vote for 36,466,680 shares or 8.90 % of the voting shares at B2Holding's Annual General Meeting to be held on 20 May 2021. In addition, Mr. Erik Johnsen and related parties hold or control 2,225,680 shares or 0.54 % of the voting shares. Hence, following the receipt of the powers of attorney, Mr. Erik Johnsen controls 9.44 % of the voting shares. The power of attorneys are without voting instructions. The power of attorneys is only valid at the Annual General Meeting on 20 May 2021.
