B2 Kapital SRL, the Italian subsidiary of B2Holding ASA, has signed agreements for acquisition of non-performing loan portfolios from Credit Agricole and Banco Desio Group with combined face value of EUR 175M. The transactions include both secured and unsecured positions. Even though these transactions would normally be below the threshold for announcement, B2Holding is disclosing such transactions in order to be fully transparent as the vendors are disclosing the same to the Italian market. With these transactions, B2Holding confirms its interest in developing the Italian NPL market.
