The B2Holding Group has signed an agreement with Nordea Danmark for the acquisition of a non-performing credit portfolio composed of unsecured non-performing loans granted to private individuals. The portfolio consists of approximately 12,000 loans with an aggregated face value of MEUR 388. The transaction is planned to be closed on 31 October 2018. "This agreement is an important milestone in the development of the Danish subsidiary Nordic Debt Collection A/S and confirms B2Holding's interest in acquiring portfolios in the Danish market and to continue it's good cooperation with Nordea Bank. The acquisition is positioning B2Holding for further growth and development in Denmark," says Olav Dalen Zahl, CEO of B2Holding ASA.
