B2Holding acquires a non-performing consumer loan portfolio from Eurobank in Greece in a co-investment structure with Waterfall Asset Management

The B2Holding Group has signed, in a co-investment structure with Waterfall Asset Management, an agreement with Eurobank Ergasias S.A. ("Eurobank") in Greece for the acquisition of a non-performing credit portfolio composed of unsecured credit loans granted to private individuals. 

The portfolio has a Face Value of approximately EUR 2.0 billion of which EUR 1.1 billion is Principle at a purchase price of 3.1% of Face Value or 6.0% of Principle amount. 

The daily servicing of the portfolio will remain with a licensed and 100% owned subsidiary of Eurobank Greece in cooperation with B2Kapital S.A.
