The Annual General Meeting of B2 Impact ASA of 23 May 2024 resolved to decrease the share capital of the company by NOK 1,864,867.20, from NOK 38,718,082.40 to NOK 36,853,215.20, through the cancellation of 18,648,672 shares held in treasury by the company, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
The resolution was published by the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises on 1 June 2024, followed by a six-week creditor notice period. This notice period has been completed without creditor objections.
The share capital decrease was registered as completed by the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises today. After the share capital decrease, the share capital of the company amounts to NOK 36,853,215.20, divided into 368,532,152 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
