B2 Impact ASA: Minutes from the Annual General Meeting 2024

The Annual General Meeting of B2 Impact ASA was held digitally today, 23 May 2024.

All proposals on the agenda were adopted, cf. notice of the Annual General Meeting published on 02 May 2024.

A cash dividend of NOK 0.70 per share for the financial year 2023 was approved.

Members to the Board of Directors were elected in accordance with the proposal by the Nomination Committee. Following the election, the Board of Directors will be as follows:
