B2Holding ASA has through its Czech subsidiary, B2 Kapital Czech Republic, entered into an agreement with Moneta Money Bank, to acquire a portfolio of retail unsecured non-performing loans in the Czech Republic. The portfolio consists of approximately 28,000 loans and has an aggregate nominal value of EUR 119 million. The portfolio is sold by Moneta Money Bank, a leading retail and SME bank in the Czech Republic. The transaction will be closed in 1Q 2018. "The acquisition of this portfolio is an important milestone for further growth and development in the Czech Republic, which is a developed market for non-performing loan transaction in the Central Europe region", says Olav Dalen Zahl, CEO of B2Holding.
