The possessed data can be transferred to B2 Impact’s service providers, like Modular Finance, to execute the subscription (https://en.modularfinance.se/), and to providers which maintain the IT systems, especially to the webpage providers. Additionally, the data could be transferred to B2 Impact Group Units if the request applies to them.

The personal data will be stored until the consent for the processing is withdrawn, which can be done at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The withdrawal can be executed through the unsubscribe option available in delivered with subscribed emails.

During the processing, personal data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to third countries, which are the subject of the European Commission's adequacy decision, as established in the GDPR art. 45, especially to companies in the United States on the base of the Data Privacy Framework. Additionally, personal data could be transferred outside the EEA to third countries, which are not subject to the European Commission's adequacy decision. In such cases, the personal data will be transferred in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation articles 46, 47, or 49(1), especially Standard Contractual Clauses with additional security measures applied. Each data subject has the right to request from the controller access to gathered personal data, rectification or erasure of personal data, as well as restriction of processing, object to processing, or data portability.
