Inside information and rules for primary insiders

These instructions set the rules and procedures for the handling both inside information and confidential information within the B2 Impact Group. The Instructions also provide some guidance on who qualifies as a Primary Insider or as Primary Insider’s Related Party and the rules and procedures applicable for such persons.
